Job Purpose
The Financial Controller will manage and coordinate the Engineering Sites Financials for North America. This position is located in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work policy working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities
* R&D spending progression by project and support of monthly accruals, to make sure all costs are reporting in the correct category, period and nature, which includes:
* Verification/analyzing of the spending by WBS and related corrections
* Labor costs verification with ProMIS interface and controlling adjustment on demand
* Burden calculation and postings
* Capitalization input for IAS38 and Reporting
* Reconciliation of Submission of actuals in ProMIS, eNERgy, Ovh System
* Flash reporting for actuals
* Reconciliation Balance Account and Black-Line reporting
* Monthly distribution of New Holland site work orders to appropriate projects
* Set-up, review opening of WBS codes for new Programs/projects for R&D spending in conjunction of the Platform controller & Semplice coordinator
* Review Site indirect Spending (actual/budget/Forecast) for the different Tractor Sites
* Support on Test inventory to Product Validation, platform incl. annuals Inventory verification
* Support on Non Product investment CAR's submitted by the various PD organizations
* Occasionally support on Audit support, Project follow-up for Platform controllers
* Support to Engineering Business on SAP related issues for indirect Purchasing, SAP issues, including training on SAP system
Experience Required
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
* 5 or more years of relevant working experience in management accounting, finance and/or business control
* Expert PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel is required
Preferred Qualifications
* Master degree in Accounting or Economics
* Knowledge of SAP Indirect Purchases, Investment Management and Project Spending

Pay Transparency

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
CPA designation with 5+ years of Accounting experience.
3+ years proven leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar systems a plus.
