Purpose of Role

Purpose of Role
The IAM Operations Analyst II will be responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations and administration of Finance of America's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. * Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer marketing roles, and a minimum 3 years of experience in supervising a team.

* Hands-on experience with performance tracking, lead quality analytics, attribution models, and fraud monitoring tools.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($104,600 - $120,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
