Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Manager of FP&A focuses on driving PIR's financial planning and analysis function with an emphasis on performance improvement, providing quality management information, and furthering good decision-making and sound financial judgment through the development of processes, analytical tools, and management reporting. ● Serves as a subject matter expert of the financial planning and analysis function, participates in cross-functional workgroups, teams, and committees, and interacts with individuals or groups representing diverse backgrounds, interests, and points of view/ ● Demonstrates an on-going commitment to continuous improvement by suggesting policy, process, systems and/or structural enhancements that improve the quality, efficiency or effectiveness of the Finance department's products and services.
