    The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst II prepares financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts. This is an intermediate level individual contributor role where one is responsible for developing specific analysis, forecasts and conducting small projects as directed. Position Responsibilities: Assist with preparing monthly financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts Design and lead financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts in support of business planning Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial & budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations Prepares and communicates variances to management Drive long-range financial planning and scenario modeling Provides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports Assist with monitoring headcount, FTE's and spending to ensure budgets are met Competitor/industry intelligence to support financial benchmarking analysis and evaluation of M&A prospects and new product opportunities.
