Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Compensation:

The Role
This is Bridge's first dedicated finance hire, reporting directly to the CEO. Pay Transparency
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $168,000 USD. Prepare financial plans for prospective and existing clients. This includes preparing comprehensive financial plans in eMoney, portfolio analysis using Orion or Morningstar, tax planning with Holistiplan, and solving other modules using custom analysis tools in excel.
Work with sales, advisors and clients to gather, organize and process data to prepare the financial planning analysis.
Use exceptional analytical and relationship management skills to uncover clients' needs and position the appropriate solution to meet those needs.
Partner with advisor teams to deliver an exceptional, seamless client experience focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and accountability for the client's future.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably Financial Planning, Business, Economics, Psychology or Finance related)

Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills
Ability to dispense financial planning topics in both supervised and unsupervised setting.

Work Schedule: This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
Revenue Recovery is a vital part of Cardinal Health's Financial Ops organization. Revenue Recovery is committed to driving the accuracy and efficiency of GPO Admin Fee payouts. This group focus includes ensuring the proper payout of GPO Admin Fees, improving processes and fostering a collaborative, learning environment.
**_Job Summary_**
As an Advisor within Revenue Recovery, you will play a key role in managing correct GPO administrative fee payouts within the Cardinal Health Medical segment. This includes working directly with external GPO audit teams to understand erroneously paid fees, auditing internal and external reporting, and working with internal upstream teams to correct the errors that cause the fees to be paid incorrectly. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage relationships with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

+ **GPO Admin Fee Payout Accuracy:** Analyze complex GPO admin fee payout data to understand the various root causes that drive incorrect payouts. Work with internal, external and offshore business partners to fix the upstream errors. Process payments to correct fees paid out incorrectly.
+ **GPO Relationship Management:** Work directly with GPO Audit teams to understand and address concerns with incorrectly paid fees. The person in this role will be the primary Revenue Recovery contact for one or more external GPOs.
