Role Responsibilities
In your role as Financial Advisor, you will assist and direct customers with any and all financial plans by assessing their needs and making recommendations. You will regularly communicate with customers, review their portfolios, and determine the need for plan changes. Maintaining current and establishing new customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction with financial action will be key to your success!
Role Requirements
You will bring with you a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with current Series 7 and 66 (63/65) licenses, and insurance license. We will look for a strong knowledge of financial planning, services, accounting principles and banking concepts and the ability to communicated effectively. Having an existing and transferable book of business is highly desired. Three or more years of investment sales experience is preferable.

Summary/Objective
The Associate Financial Planners will report to Financial Planners, as well as the Partners in charge of Associate Financial Planners. The Associate Financial Planner is responsible for directly supporting the Financial Planner with all aspects of the client relationship with CWA and implementation of the client's financial plan, which include management of both internal and external workflows.
Essential Functions
Prepare and update all consult files for each client's annual meeting Assist the Financial Planner with planning opportunities for the client Assist the Financial Planner and client on implementation items from consult or as needed throughout the year Promptly respond to client questions through email and phone calls Review of annual income tax returns and complete year-end tax projections
Responsibilities and Duties
Financial analysis and tax planning for each business unit that the client owns Participation with the Financial Planner during annual client meetings Reconciliation of each client's current investment asset allocation Retirement plan analysis and optimization based on annual objectives of each client Correspond with internal departments as well as outside vendors to assist the client in implementation of their financial plan

This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed based on management's approval.
