Compensation
Zimmermann utilizes the advertised salary and hourly range as a benchmark to offer candidates competitive compensation in the market. This approach also allows for flexibility to account for differing levels of experience and to reward both performance and tenure.

Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant work experience in the investment management industry, with experience in institutional relationship management, business development and financial services sales
Strong academic background with advanced degree, and/or a professional designation such as a CFA.
Must have established RIA and/or Family office contacts with established relationships across the wider institutional channel (such as endowments, foundations, Taft Hartley plans, other asset managers and OCIO service providers)

The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$200,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation.
