What You'll Do
Support Founder across all stages of the planning process
Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, coordination, and ongoing needs
Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, including notes, plan updates, and task management
Assist with ongoing tax strategy-projections, Roth conversions, tax withholdings, charitable planning, etc.
Build deep expertise in business owner planning and retirement planning
Assist clients with 401(k) enrollment by explaining plan options, contribution limits, and investment selections
Support investment recommendations aligned with firm-wide strategy
Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and planning tools
Communicate with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals to support integrated planning tasks

Position Summary
The Budget Analyst III supports financial operations for a complex IT program by providing detailed budget tracking, forecasting, and analysis. This role ensures alignment with DoD regulations and organizational goals by managing financial data across multiple systems and program areas. The performance of the Budget Analyst III position is key to RavenTek's performance on the contract, and therefore RavenTek's mission to support the customer.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze program requirements to determine financial resource needs.
Track program spending and monitor resource utilization for multiple IT initiatives.
Measure actual performance against budget and identify trends.
Analyze impacts of missed or delayed deliverables on financial projections.
Prepare forecasts, spending reports, and recommendations for budget allocations.
Draft program documentation to support financial activities.
Present findings to higher-level management and stakeholders.
Review and monitor performance metrics and financial data.
Adhere to DoD financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Track expenses, inventories, and budget balances using financial systems.
Utilize data analytics and modeling tools to assess and project program needs.
Ensure budgetary compliance with federal and DoD regulations.
Support procurement and contracting financial coordination.
Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period.
Provide Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the RavenTek Program Manager by the deadline provided.?
Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis, at least 3 times per week, and respond accordingly.
Complete required compliance training as assigned.
Ability to travel on an as needed basis up to 10%.
