Process loan applications, provide loan information, and follow up with members throughout the loan process.

Perform teller duties such as cashing checks, accepting deposits, processing withdrawals, and handling payments.
Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.

Summary:
The Freedom Federal Credit Union Financial Services Representative I (FSR I) is responsible for delivering exceptional member service by identifying members' financial needs and providing them with suitable financial products and services.
