The Senior Branch Advisor is a trusted financial partner for Empower customers, delivering personal, thoughtful, and goal-based financial guidance. Based in our Boston Investor Center, this advisor meets with clients in person to provide holistic financial planning, investment advice, and guidance across all stages of life. Whether helping someone grow their savings, consolidate outside accounts, or plan for retirement, this role is about making a meaningful impact-one conversation at a time. The Senior Branch Advisor works closely with the Branch Director and cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience.
