Set, plan, and execute weekly sales calls on existing customers, prospects and centers of influence. Actively network in the community to build relationships that lead to referrals. Consistently meet or exceed loan, deposit, and cross selling goals. Manage and monitor your loan portfolio within the guidelines set by the Chief Credit Officer and Loan Operations Manager. Complete all assigned training by required deadlines. Other duties as assigned.
