The contributions you will make: The Financial Associate Program is a 12-18 month training program. The full-time benefit eligible Financial Associate works through a syllabus which will prepare them for a position in Credit. A typical day: Provides accurate financial analysis and loan structuring analysis to Financial Officers on select loan accounts utilizing Salesforce (nCino), Tool for Reasoning Analysis and Credit (TRAC), Credit Desk, or other software to determine credit risk and support the loan decision. The skills and experience we prefer you have: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Ag Business or equivalent ag or business related degree.
