Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for the marketing, underwriting and portfolio management of income-producing real estate assets.The incumbent solicits, evaluates, authorizes, or recommends all aspects of the credit loan process of commercial, real estate or mortgage loans.The incumbent advises borrowers on financial status and methods of payments.The incumbent develops and manages the borrower's Bank relationship including cross-selling Bank services and products.
Primary Responsibilities:
Meets with clients and prospects to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process. Explains to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available and the terms of those services. Analyzes applicants' financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Requests and compiles copies of loan applicant, credit histories, background, credit information, tax returns, financial state and debt obligation information, corporate financial statements, and other financial information. Submits applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation. Computes payment schedules.
Confers with credit representatives to aid in resolving loan and borrower problems. Negotiates payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
Analyzes potential loan markets and develops referral networks to locate prospects for loans. Works with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals. Markets bank products to individuals and firms, cross-selling bank services that may meet customer's needs.
Reviews and updates credit and loan files. Reviews loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy. Manages accounts for delinquencies, credit reporting and asset quality.
Handles customer complaints and takes appropriate action to resolve them.
Stays abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customer's needs.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

**_Job Summary_**
+ Reports to Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, Pharma Segment with high visibility and engagement with the Segment FP&A and Pharma Finance teams
+ Works closely with Pharma Leadership team and Cost Center owners across the Pharma segment
+ Provides financial support for the reporting of USPD Commercial and Pharma Functional SG&A and Capital reporting including the development of new business cases to support strategic investments and business initiatives
+ Provide financial support for Retail Independent and National Accounts sales teams for the Pharma segment
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Supports key planning and reporting processes (Monthly results reviews, Forecasts, Strategic Financial Plan, Budget, Earnings)
+ Develops and supports real time updates on performance, implications, and recommended actions, including build out a maintenance of the SG&A Dashboard and regular communication with key stakeholders
+ Supports the preparation of materials for the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors, including providing financial analysis and commentary
+ Employs a process improvement mindset to deliver efficiencies across work areas

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assembles the past due report and interacts directly with vendors to obtain payments and reconcile discrepancies
+ Learns the Cardinal systems to track and validate the calculations of supplier rebates
+ Support the sourcing team to ensure the Cardinal system reflects the most up to date and current contracts, thereby ensuring the supplier rebates are calculated correctly
+ Assist vendors and internal sourcing teams with any disputes/inquiries
+ Assist internal cash team with payment application details for vendor payments
+ Assist with month end close activities, which consist of ensuring manual rebates are calculated correctly, all manual billings are reclassified to the correct general ledger accounts and checking the systematic rebates for accuracy
**_Qualifications_**
+ 3-6 years of experience, preferred
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel)
+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
+ Experience with contracts and agreements
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Strong communication skills
