**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed. + Outstanding financial planning and use of financial planning tools while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
+ Strong team orientation with a commitment of long-term career with the firm
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Reading and speaking in both Spanish and English fluently is required for this role
