Provide clients with automobile identification cards. Compile information for marketing of prospects. Review expiration lists for confirmation all policies in current period are renewed. Scan and attach all documents to customer files in agency management system. Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money Laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations.
