Responsibilities
Sales (BDC)
Manage inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails to set qualified test-drive appointments .
Use VinSolutions to document every interaction, schedule follow-ups, and maintain pipeline hygiene.
Reconnect with existing customers for trade-ins, lease renewals, and upgrade opportunities (Mastermind a plus).
Coordinate with store leadership to ensure vehicle availability and timely customer updates.
Service (BDC)
Field inbound service calls/texts; triage concerns and schedule service appointments in alignment with shop capacity.
Set expectations on drop-off/waiter , estimated timelines, diagnostic fees, and transportation/loaner policies.
Send confirmations, reminders, and no-show recapture messages; keep customers informed on status changes.
Document clear, concise concern notes (customer voice, mileage, warning lights) so Advisors can move fast in CDK .
Customer Experience & Team Support
Deliver a professional, courteous experience in every interaction.
Maintain KPI discipline (answer rate, book rate, show rate, RO conversion for service, sold-through for sales).
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Service Advisors to resolve issues and accelerate appointment conversion.
Qualifications
VinSolutions CRM proficiency (required or strongly preferred).
Mastermind and CDK experience are strong pluses.
Prior service call/appointment coordination experience (dealership or high-volume environment) preferred.
Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills; professional, friendly tone.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong follow-through in a fast-paced setting.
Previous BDC, call-center, or dealership experience (sales and/or service) preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation
