**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed. As a Structured Products Trader, you will be part of a collaborative US Insurance team that manages multiple portfolios of US fixed income assets with a focus on structured products to include MBS, CMBS, ABS and CLOs. About the Role:
We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic Member Relationship Representative (MRR) to our branch team! In this role, you'll provide personalized financial guidance to members, open new accounts, take loan applications, and troubleshoot member needs. You'll play a key role in identifying the right financial solutions for our members and building relationships that improve their financial lives.

What you bring:
Professional and Education Credentials: Associate's degree in social service, human services, or closely related field AND two years of experience working with Veteran's to gather evidence and information in processing claims. Relevant work experience demonstrating required knowledge, skills, and abilities may substitute for educational requirements. Work experience is essential and cannot be replaced by additional education.
Communication/Interpersonal Skills:
* Strong Interviewing Skills: Ability to conduct compassionate, thorough interviews with veterans and family members to accurately gather sensitive personal, medical, and service-related information.
* Clear Written Communication: Capable of drafting concise, accurate claim narratives, correspondence, and supporting statements for submission to the VA.
* Advocacy and Trust-Building: Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and cultural competence when working with veterans from diverse backgrounds, fostering trust during often complex and emotional processes.
Technical / Industry Background
