As our Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play an important part in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience. * Pay Rate $28.58 increases to $30.55 after 3 months

* Performing customer sales and service transactions with customers.
* Managing high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS).

COMPENSATION
In the spirit of pay transparency, we can share that the pay range for this position is $40,000-$50,000 annually, commensurate with experience. If you are hired, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Sales and Business Development**
+ Proactive Sales Engagement: Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with an emphasis on deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to other lines of business within the Bank.
+ Growth Focus: Actively identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding clients through deposit and loan options, opening deposit accounts, and taking loan applications.
+ Client-Centric Financial Advice: Through a consultative approach, provide personalized financial advice that aligns with clients' short-and-long term goals.
