Accountability:
Assist with office duties, including answering phones and emails.
Assisting customers' with using pay stations or automated ticketing equipment, including obtaining receipts, and credit card payment.
Assisting customers with locating vehicles.
Directing customers to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
Resolving customer requests, questions, and complaints.
Patrolling parking areas on a golfcart in order to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
Actively look for ways to assist customers.
What we are looking for:
A valid CA Driver's License
Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift.
Must be able to speak clearly, distinctly, and effectively using tact and diplomacy.
Experience dealing with irate customers and resolving customer issues and/or complaints.
An outgoing and enthusiastic personality.

About the Role
Implement the Company's credit and collection policies for designated accounts by monitoring and maintaining customer accounts within the prescribed credit terms, using proactive risk assessment methods and management of customer project limits
Resolves outstanding accounts receivables issues in a timely manner, ensure adherence to department guidelines and procedures, while consistently meeting month end targets and closing schedules
Escalate high risk accounts or claims and discrepancies that may affect financial results to Senior Management
Reconcile and maintain customer accounts, resolve billing/pricing discrepancies, unearned/earned discount, unclaimed property, holdback, unapplied and/or short payments. Reviews and reconciles accounts receivable reports regularly
Understanding and working knowledge of the applicable Builders Lien Legislation among various States and the escalation and security tools available (i.e. Bonds, Letter of Credit, Stop Notice, Intent of Lien)
Knowledge of the Preliminary Notice and Lien Release process within various States.

2. PHYSICAL AGILITY EXAMINATION:(Qualifying) will evaluate each applicant's physical strength, agility and endurance in the following timed components:
* 1.5 MILE RUN : The 1.5 mile run must be completed within 14 minutes to pass the City of Santa Ana physical agility test.
* 50 YARD SPRINT: Sprint on a straight track within 30 seconds.
* OBSTACLE COURSE: Complete the following: Start 15 yards back from the beginning of flight of stairs or bleacher steps, walk or jog the 15 yards, climb up 10 steps, return down the stairs and jog or run back to the original starting point within 30 seconds.
* BODY DRAG: Lift and drag 165-pound lifelike dummy 20 feet within 20 seconds.
Each of the above events are timed. Candidates must successfully complete all four events to pass the physical agility test.

5. BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION AND MANAGEMENT ORAL INTERVIEW:(Qualifying) candidates will be investigated regarding employment, neighborhood conduct, references, financial stability, criminal history, driving history, educational history, and other related factors. Management will evaluate each candidate's experience, training and personal qualifications for the position. Candidates need a score of 70% or higher to pass this examination.
6. POLYGRAPH EXAMINATION:(Qualifying) candidates will take a polygraph examination designed to determine the truthfulness of the candidate's responses about his/her qualifications and suitability as a Correctional Officer.
7. PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION: (Qualifying) candidates will be interviewed by a licensed psychologist to assess the candidate's behavior and character to determine if an individual is at significant risk for employment problems as a Correctional Officer.

Job Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel appreciated, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions as well as open new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
Educate clients on how the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs can help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions - introducing them to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals.
Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
