Description: We're seeking a versatile and motivated Sales & Pricing Associate to join our in-office team full-time. This role blends customer-facing sales responsibilities with strategic corporate account management and pricing coordination. What You'll Do: Inbound Phone Sales Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product questions, order placement, and general inquiries Convert leads into sales by providing a great customer experience and recommending the right solutions Navigate our order system to enter and manage transactions efficiently and accurately Corporate & B2B Sales Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, handling custom orders, bulk inquiries, and ongoing account needs Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of large and recurring orders Respond to new business inquiries and help drive growth in our B2B sales channel Physical Demands: Able to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift Able to use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the duration of the shift Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
