Provides Safe Deposit Box client service including admitting clients to Safe Deposit Box vault, opening new accounts, closing accounts, making changes, inventory, and balancing. Provides support to Electronic Banking department as necessary. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED equivalent; two years of retail banking related experience including Teller or retail banking client service experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients by phone or in person in a dynamic work environment.
