About the Candidate: We are seeking a committed and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with an interest in a long-term leadership role in a dynamic, successful, balanced real estate company with responsibility for financial, accounting, tax, debt, legal, and IT operations. Collaborate on relationships with investment institutions in partnership with CEO and other managers. Oversee IT department, ensuring CR's defense strategy to external threats is adequate and up to date. Monitor and assess opportunities and vulnerabilities as they relate to the ColRich ecosystem.
