As a member on the Client Services team, you'll play a pivotal role by partnering with the Financial Planner providing a high level of customer service to our clients. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $50,000 - $65,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions. This role bridges engineering and machine learning, requiring strong coding skills, a deep understanding of model lifecycle needs, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver production-ready solutions. Job Responsibilities: * Design and implement calibration frameworks and automated evaluation pipelines for custom models. * Build reusable libraries and CI/CD-friendly tools to ensure model validation is repeatable and auditable. * Translate Data Science requirements into robust engineering deliverables including tests, automation, and monitoring. * Develop agent-based workflows for model-driven applications (e.g., prompt orchestration, tool integration). * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data Science teams to define requirements, coordinate delivery, and validate outcomes. * Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and reproducible experiment setups. * Analyze structured and unstructured data to inform engineering decisions. * Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. * As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk Required Qualifications: * Proven software engineering experience in production environments. * Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js; .NET experience is a plus. * Hands-on experience with model calibration, evaluation workflows, or similar ML enhancement processes. * Ability to convert ML/DS concepts into reliable, testable, and CI/CD-compatible code. * Experience with AI agent workflows including prompt engineering and orchestration. * Strong testing discipline and documentation skills. * Effective cross-functional communication and delivery coordination. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with agent/orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel). * Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, RedisVector). * Knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms. * Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
