Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our deskside level 2 support team. In this role, you'll handle escalated issues from our Global Service Desk, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and provide hands-on assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively, and making a direct impact on user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead Berwyn-based L2 initiatives, involving the L1 Global Service Desk as necessary. Participate in project teams tasked with executing changes.
* Collaborate with Security Operations to enhance both security posture and end-user experience.
* Act as a technical escalation point for Level 1 technicians, addressing troubleshooting, process, and procedural queries.
* Maintain an inventory of all equipment and software licenses, and work with system administrators and engineering teams on projects and problem resolution as needed.
* Manage the onboarding process of new users and create documentation for processes and procedures in the Service Desk on Jira/Confluence.
* Generate ad hoc reports for management, including details from Absolute Software, Active Directory, ticket information, and more.
* Oversee the Autopilot image process, ensuring it aligns with organizational standards and end-user specifications.
* Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues for a range of clients.
* Provide Level 2 tech support at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, configuring systems and applications, and troubleshooting both end-user devices and environmental factors such as WiFi.
* Follow the documented escalation process for Level 3 (Solutions) or management assistance. Respond to queries in person, over the phone, by email, or via a remote desktop tool.
* Train users on new company-provided applications and assist with problem-solving for supported applications. Suggest training ideas based on interactions from resolving support requests.
* Participate in patching and upgrade testing within Intune/EUC admins and document internal procedures.
* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and be available for night and weekend support during critical periods.
* Provide AV support for executive presentations and maintain conference room equipment. Additional or different functions may be assigned as needed.
* Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
* As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in technology or related subject, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* 4+ years of experience as a computer support specialist.
* Strong aptitude in Windows and MAC OS repairs, spyware and virus removal, hardware, upgrades and troubleshooting.
* Strong interpersonal, customer service skills.
* Knowledge of methodology to run computer systems and to troubleshoot computer equipment malfunctions.
* Ability to communicate problems with different technical and non-technical groups.
* Must maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Jira Service Desk experience preferred.
* Prior experience with Intune or Autopilot endpoints preferred.

The Sales Associate will support Datasite Sales Directors in growing our business within Investment Banks, Private Equity and Corporate space in Chicago!

Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate - RIA partners closely with the Business Development Director to identify, source, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within a defined territory. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Analyst to join Envestnet's Cyber Defense Team. This role will report into the Director of Security Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with safeguarding our organization's assets through leading incident response, conducting thorough security triage and analysis, Vulnerability assessment, Threat Hunting, Security response Automation and continuously enhancing our overall security framework. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute significantly to the development and maintenance of our Security Operations Center (SOC) processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cybersecurity, exceptional analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and resolve intricate security incidents. Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all stages of the incident response lifecycle, which includes detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review. Prepare comprehensive incident reports and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Perform in-depth analysis of security events, alerts, and logs from various tools such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and firewalls to identify and investigate potential threats. Update and implement incident response playbooks and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective handling of security incidents. Streamline and automate detection and prevention processes to enable rapid response, consistent triage, and swift root cause analysis and recovery.
* Contribute to the development and fine-tuning of the EDR platform, automating incident triage and response tasks using SOAR to create state-of-the-art detection capabilities. Ensure alignment of security operations and detection platforms with industry-standard frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF.
* Manage the relationship with the MDR vendor, tracking performance against SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular reviews of reports, incident trends, and feedback from internal teams.
* Conduct vulnerability assessments and gap analyses to determine security weaknesses in systems, applications, and networks. Collaborate with workload owners and cross-functional teams to coordinate remediation activities.
* Engage in proactive threat and vulnerability searches, leveraging threat intelligence and Envestnet's network knowledge. Collaborate with the offensive security team on Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) platform exercises. Automate repetitive searches using various tools, monitor threat actor tactics, and manage simulated cyber-attacks based on prioritized threats.
* Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new security technologies and solutions.
* Assist in writing best practice procedures for services such as incident analysis, incident response coordination, security audits or assessments, certificate authority, log analysis and diagnostics, and host vulnerability scanning. Implement end-point security using EDR, EPM, and AV tools.

Job Summary:
As a Software Engineer II, you are passionate about collaboratively building high-quality software that drives meaningful outcomes for investment advisors and their clients. You embrace modern development practices to build, monitor, and enhance new features and services, while also maintaining and evolving existing solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong appetite for learning, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to identify and resolve both functional and performance-related issues. You will be encouraged to take ownership of technical tasks, contribute to solving complex challenges with guidance from senior team members, and grow your skills by collaborating closely with experienced engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support investor profiling, portfolio construction, trading, and reporting.
* Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, and fellow Engineers to deliver high-impact projects and strategic initiatives.
* Analyze and troubleshoot functional and performance issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
* Participate in agile ceremonies, project planning, and estimation activities.
* Advocate for and implement best practices in software development and system design.
* Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
* As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of professional software development experience (internships or academic projects are a plus).
* Strong programming experience in a modern language such as Java, with practical application of clean coding principles (e.g., SOLID).
* Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
* Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in full-stack development and cloud-native architectures is essential.
* Should have practical experience with a broad range of tools supporting development, testing, deployment, and team collaboration.
* Solid working knowledge of core technologies including Java, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, CSS, as well as debugging tools like React DevTools and Chrome DevTools.
* Knowledge of Client/Server fundamentals and Browser/Server interaction.
* Practical experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
* Familiarity with software engineering principles, especially related to performance and scalability.
* Experience with agile development practices and collaborative team environments.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
* Basic understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker.
* Interest in investing, trading, or the fintech industry is welcomed.
