The Role

The SVP, Group Manager is responsible for developing and driving the overall business strategy for their team and client book of business to improve business results. Focus areas include client retention and loyalty, relationship risk mitigation strategies, revenue growth, and product and services adoption. Additional important management responsibilities include associate development, performance evaluation, compensation planning and hiring. The SVP, Group Manager is also a Supervisory Principal responsible for compliance oversight for all registered representative direct reports. 7) Update cost basis as needed and generate systematic reports as requested
8) Address inquiries for clients relating to all aspects of their accounts and maintain client records to ensure they are up-to-date
9) Work with third party professionals (CPAs, bookkeepers, business managers, etc.) to research and address inquiries relating to clients statements and annual tax reports.
10) Engage with team members to complete team operational and administrative projects in a timely manner
11) Will work closely with team analysts to raise funds for client needs (check writing, wires, internal transfers, etc.)
12) Complete timely compliance related reporting such as PKRs, ART Review Tool, Key Contact Notes and Alternate Address Annual Review.
13) Add updates to Annual Account Billing report for all clients covered.
14) Set-up Donor Advised Funds and process gifting throughout the year.
15) Will work on a large team of professionals (including 5 financial advisors).

Your role Are you currently transitioning from the US Armed Services and seeking a training assignment in the Financial Services Industry? We're looking for a Registered Client Associate to:
* keep management systems up-to-date with client information
* educate clients on account services and capabilities
* help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
* collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
* plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
* provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
Detailed salary information:
* Seal Beach: the salary range for this role is $65000 to $75000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
* must pass SIE and Series 66 licenses during the SkillBridge trainee period (for registered CSAs only)
* ideally 3+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
* bachelor degree preferred, focusing on business
* excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
* detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
* proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
