Ellen R. Alemany is chairwoman and chief executive officer of CIT Group and chairwoman and CEO of CIT Bank, N.A., the company’s bank subsidiary. She was named CEO in April 2016, became chairwoman in May 2016 and is leading CIT’s evolution as a leading national bank that empowers businesses and personal savers. Alemany formerly headed The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Americas, the management structure that oversees RBS' businesses in the Americas. She also served as chairman and CEO for RBS Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Prior to RBS, she served as CEO for Global Transaction Services at Citigroup. Alemany held a number of senior positions during her tenure at Citigroup, including executive vice president for Commercial Business and president and CEO of CitiCapital. She also held a number of executive positions in Citigroup's Global Corporate Bank, including customer group executive of North American markets, global industry head of Media and Communications, U.S. industry head of Consumer Products, and customer group executive for the Global Relationship Bank in Europe, based in London. Alemany received her MBA in finance from Fordham University. She serves on the boards of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., The Center for Discovery, Operation HOPE and the Partnership for New York City. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City and the Board of Trustees for The Conference Board.

Suku Radia is chief executive officer and president of Bankers Trust, Iowa’s largest independent bank. He previously served as the chief financial officer of Meredith Corporation (a NYSE company) and as managing partner of KPMG’s Des Moines, Iowa, office. Radia was elected to the Nationwide board in 2014. He has been very active in the Des Moines community, serving on the boards of United Way of Central Iowa, the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines, Drake University, Mercy Medical Center, the Des Moines Art Center, Bravo (arts and cultural alliance for Central Iowa), the Greater Des Moines Partnership and the Greater Des Moines Committee, among others. Radia has received numerous awards, including United Way’s Tocqueville Society award and Iowa State University’s Distinguished Alumni award. Radia also was a finalist for the Iowa Star award. He was inducted into the Iowa Business Hall of Fame in 2010.

Daniel 'Dan' Barclay is a CEO & Head:Capital Markets at Bank of Montreal (BMO) and CEO/Group Head at BMO Capital Markets and is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has worked as Chief Executive Officer at BMO Capital Markets, Co-Head:Global Investments & Corporate Banking at BMO Capital Markets, and Mng Dir:Mergers & Acquisitions at BMO Capital Markets. Jacques Ripoll entered Société Générale in 1991 within the Inspection générale, and joined the Equity Derivatives department in 1998. He became Head of European Equity Sales and Trading in 2003, then Head of Société Générale’s group strategy between 2006 and 2009. At that date, he entered the Executive Committee, supervising four of the group’s businesses: Asset Management, Private Banking, Investors Services and Newedge. In 2013, Jacques Ripoll joined Banco Santander as Head of Global Corporate Banking for the United Kingdom. In 2015, he was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of Santander Group in charge of Global Corporate Banking worldwide. Jacques Ripoll graduated from Ecole Polytechnique.

In 2006 and 2007 he served on the IDEA Project Committee representing the technology needs of Wealth Management Services. In 2003 he served as the Chairman of the Operations Consulting Roundtable, an industry group of his peers from regional financial firms. Avner Mendelson has been with the Leumi Group since 2007 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Leumi - US in September 2013. During his tenure, he served as Head of Group Strategy and International Operations, as well as Chief of Staff. He has also served on Leumi’s US Board of Directors since 2012. Prior to joining the Leumi Group, Mendelson was a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company in London. Before that, he served in the Israeli Defense Forces for three years. Mendelson earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on both the Northeast Regional Board and the Board of Regents for the American Friends of The Hebrew University.
