Role Overview:
As a Strategic Insights Business Development Associate, you will support the firm's business development efforts by identifying strategic opportunities for the firm, performing deep analysis of industry trends and target companies, leading the creation of materials used to win new business, and helping to build relationships with the leading FinTech companies around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Track industry trends, company performance, investment activity, and emerging technologies

Role Description: Reporting into the Head of Campus Recruiting, the coordinator will be responsible for the candidate experience - ensuring efficiency through the recruiting process, screening applications, scheduling interviews, collecting interviewer feedback, coordinating internal debrief sessions and preparing offer packages. The annual salary for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,000 - $75,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
