Allan Brown is a SVP / Chief Product Officer, Retail Banking North America at Finastra and is based in Austin Texas Metropolitan Area. He has worked as VP, A3 / Light Production Acquired Laser Integration and Delivery at XEROX CORP; Sr. Technical Lead / Software Engineer at XEROX CORP; and Engineering Section Manager at XEROX CORP. Allan attended Tuskegee University between 1984 and 1990; Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1996 and 1998; and University of Rochester, Simon School of Business between 2007 and 2009.

Amanda Mesler has 26 years of extensive international leadership and general management experience at CEO and board level. She is currently the CEO of Cashflows, Non-Executive Board Director of National Grid and a Non-Executive Board Director of ITG. Business and commercial saavy executive with significant P&L responsibility. Built solid track record of success leading digital transformations, operationalizing change, building start-ups within global businesses, and rapidly growing businesses in several industries, including Technology businesses. Held leadership positions as CEO, COO, Chief Client Officer, and Corporate Strategy Officer. Executive leadership across all major business areas, such as Operations, Strategy, M&A, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships & Alliances, Consulting, Supply Chain, and Services and Support. Truly global experience, traveling across 6 continents and including responsibility for teams in more than 40 countries while living in the UK. Strong technology experience at the executive level in payments, software and services in areas such as cloud, mobility, social, big data and analytics, AI , IOT and customer insight.

Andy Easom is a Director, Global Talent Attraction - GCO, CCO & BET at Finastra and is based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. He has worked as Associate at merlinspencer, Recruitment Transformation Consulting at Channel 3 Resourcing, and Recruitment Transformation at Hitachi Vantara. Andy works or has worked as --- at ---. He studied at University of Nottingham between 1993 and 1996, Gedling Comprehensive between 1978 and 1987, and Nottingham Trent University between 1988 and 1993.

Carissa is the Chief Financial Officer for Finastra and is responsible for leading the Finastra global finance organization and key supporting functions, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Finance Transformation and Procurement, as well as Sales Operations. Carissa joined Finastra as Senior Vice President, Head of Finance in July 2020. She brings 20 years of finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, sales operations and global leadership expertise to the company.

Before joining Finastra, Carissa spent several years as a Finance Executive at Quest Software, a mid-cap privately held enterprise infrastructure and identity management software company. She previously spent 5 years at Dell Technologies in various finance leadership positions, including Divisional CFO of the North America Small & Medium Business segment, a $7B business. Prior to Dell, she held various finance roles at Medtronic, a global producer of medical devices and therapies, and Sprint Nextel, an American telecommunications company.

Carissa is passionate about the development of future women leaders and is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Austin, an organization committed to promoting voluntarism and developing the potential of women.

Carissa holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and a BA in Business Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University.

With more than 25 years of business and technology leadership experience, Eli leads the Technology organization with a focus on security, unification, and simplification to create a better customer experience for more than 14 million members. Eli is responsible for all aspects of the HealthEquity technology strategy and driving innovation. Eli’s teams are dedicated to delivering modern and mature technology solutions to scale and digitally transform our business through AI, cloud, open APIs and open development platforms.

Prior to joining HealthEquity in 2022, Eli was Chief Product and Technology Officer at Finistra, one of the largest global providers of software to the financial services industry. There he was responsible for Product strategy, product management, platform strategy and architecture, to solutions development and data center operations. Immediately prior to Finistra, Eli served as CTO and Head of Product Management, driving the transformation from a hardware and services company to a global leader in platform, data and solutions for financial services, retail, and hospitality.

Eli received a B.A. and B.S. from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Elona recently joined the CEO Office, where she heads up Finastra's global risk management and governance practices and is the company's key liaison with regulatory bodies and auditors.

She is accountable for Finastra's Enterprise Risk Management framework, strategy and governance, as well as regulatory compliance, enterprise policy governance, client and third-party due diligence, business resilience, crisis management and internal audit.

As Finastra’s Chief Risk Officer, Elona has played a pivotal role in safeguarding our employees, clients and operations, particularly through changes related to COVID-19. She believes that a culture of openness and awareness is the foundation for balanced risk-taking, and strong governance.

Before joining Finastra in March 2018, she spent over 15 years building and transforming risk management, compliance, security and governance programs for financial institutions and technology firms.

Her certifications span CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CIPM and CDPSE, and she serves on the Advisory Board for NC State’s Poole School of Management ERM Initiative, which provides advice on ERM curriculum, emerging trends, and best practices related to ERM. She also holds a BA in International Relations, Magna Cum Laude, and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from University of MN, Carlson School of Management.

Elona is passionate about sustainability initiatives, and in her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga and refining her cooking skills.
