FINCA Impact Finance CEO and leadership

I am the Chief Executive Officer of FINCA Impact Finance, a global provider of responsible financial services. FINCA’s network of 21 community-based banks offer responsible and affordable loan and saving products that empower low income women and men to take control of their financial future.

Previously, I served as Co-CEO of FINCA Microfinance Holding Company for one year as well as VP and COO of FINCA International, returning to FINCA after serving for several years as President and COO of Women for Women International, a humanitarian organization dedicated to financial, educational, and interpersonal support of women survivors of war, poverty and injustice. Prior to this, I was Deputy to the President & CEO of FINCA for more than seven years, where I redesigned the organization’s business model from non-profit, donor-based to a for-profit operating structure.

I have significant experience in corporate strategy and have held various business and advisory roles in other organizations, including the Center for Strategic and International Studies. I have also served as a board member of Women Advancing Microfinance International.

I am fluent in French and Spanish and earned my undergraduate degree in international relations from the University of Virginia, an M.A. from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

He has worked as Finance Staff / Internal Audit at FORD MOTOR CO, Director of Auditing Services/General Auditor at Rotary, and Member of the Board of Directors/Treasurer at Photo Safe. Jeffrey attended College of the Holy Cross, Wayne State University, and St. Clair County Community College.

Erick Guerra is a Director Corporativo Auditor�a Interna at Liztex, Deputy Global Chief Auditor at FINCA Impact Finance, and Socio at Innovación Corporativa and is based in Guatemala City, Guatemala Department, Guatemala. He has worked as Regional Corporate Audit Director Latin America / Caribbean & Headquarters at FINCA Impact Finance, Audit and Enterprise Risk Services Senior at Deloitte, and Coordinador Comisi�n de Auditor�a Interna at Instituto Guatemalteco de Contadores P�blicos y Auditores. Erick attended Colegio Loyola, Universidad Panamericana Guatemala, and Colegio Mariano y Rafael Castillo Córdova.
