Data Analyst - MPL
Position Summary:
The primary function of this position is to directly manage EAM data within SAP and other data systems for the L&S Marathon Pipe Line (MPL) organization. The computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Data Analyst position will collaborate with field operations, process owners and other business stakeholders in a service-oriented approach to support equipment and maintenance data changes for MPL operating areas as well as support the organization's reliability data analytics reporting through management of KPI dashboards. The successful candidate should be able to work in a team environment and maintain a strong business partnering focus. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, with a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to manage a diverse set of daily priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing data to ensure equipment history and records are accurate and complete through the creation, maintenance, and support of accurate equipment and master data entry for MPL operating regions.
Review data integrity in SAP and update metadata as necessary to improve and manage data structures.
Serve as the point of contact for CMMS related technical needs and questions for MPL operating regions and stakeholder groups.
Provide ad-hoc data requests and reporting.
Support regulatory compliance audits as necessary.
Coordinate with stakeholders on requested maintenance plan changes.
Troubleshooting work order execution issues with field technicians.
Support MPL's maintenance work processes through an understanding of how it integrates with SAP and promote stakeholder adherence to the processes.
Manage and analyze reliability data and work order history to identify trends, bad actors, etc. in support of identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
Generate maintenance KPI reporting for stakeholders on a routine basis.
Support testing and rollout new software and CMMS system upgrades to field personnel and stakeholders.
Support training of new employees on SAP functionality and maintenance execution software.
Support updates to MPL master data through the Management of Change (MOC) process.
Prioritize a high volume of MOC tasks to ensure completion prior to start-up dates.
Coordinate with Project Leaders and area representatives to ensure accurate equipment updates are completed through the review of project and core drawings.
Coordinate with regulatory and process owner representatives to ensure maintenance plans are appropriately established.
Develop business acumen to understand core business processes and desired outcomes.
Education and Experience:
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
Experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate, Field Service Management)
Data management and pipeline operations experience

E&M Electrical Reliability Engineer
Overview
The primary role of the Electrical Reliability Engineer is to provide technical expertise in the support of pipeline station equipment across Marathon Pipe Line (MPL). The major role of the position is to provide technical support to projects and department initiatives. Other major roles include the development of specifications, MOC approvals and Region Supervisory and Technician support and liaison. This position reports to the Electrical Reliability Engineering Manager with no indirect report requirements. The Engineer serves as a mentor to the L&SE engineers
Responsibilities
Provide technical input on project requirements and potential solutions.
Provide electrical engineering leadership on project development, design and electrical issues.
Will be assigned to Technical Design Reviews (typically on Level 2+ projects) to ensure appropriate application of the standards and resolve design conflicts of the standards.
L&SE completes Level 0 and 1 project designs without the need for the specialists to provide direction.
Perform MOC Evaluations for assigned projects.
Research issues and make engineered recommendations on equipment design.
Provide electrical input to TAPRoot investigations
Provide input on standard development act as owner/SME of assigned standards.
Project close out support - Review as built drawings for completeness as a part of Intelex close-out
MOC closeouts
Develop standard detail drawings
Provide ArcFlash, Hazardous Area Classification, and ETAP reviews on large projects.
Develop the programing requirements for Motor Protection and Feeder Protection relays and provide training to specialists.
Owner of all station ETAP models.
L&SE owns Rectifier and Block valve ETAP documentation and maintenance
Help identify where Electrical generator plans are needed and PIF the ideas.
Participate as an SME on MPC/Industry Communities of Practice.
Provide SME for commercial development/special projects, due diligence reviews, joint interest maintenance activities.
Work with third parties including contactors, engineering consultants, manufacturer reps, equipment vendors, the local utilities, inspectors and other pipeline companies as necessary
Research and evaluate manufacturers for the purchase of equipment.
Research, evaluate, and specify equipment to assure equipment is fit for purpose.
Assist Electrical Reliability Manager with setting budgets and goals for upcoming years.
Assist other Electrical SMEs with the planning and execution of electrical PMs as necessary
Maintain Technical Competency and have working knowledge of the following equipment:
Low and medium voltage electrical equipment including
Switchgear
MCCs
VFDs
Transformers
Motors
MV circuit breakers and transrupters
MV substation equipment
MV cables
Conduit, cable tray and other raceways

Occasionally backfill for the Electrical Reliability Manager or other electrical specialists.
Identify individual career objectives and develop a plan to achieve career objectives.
Qualifications
Education: minimum of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Technical Experience: Five (5) years or more of pipeline operations, engineering or maintenance experience seem to provide the experience needed.
A Professional Engineering License is desired but not required.
Leadership: Display ability to make technical judgments and decisions is required
Good Communication skills: written and oral
Interpersonal skills: being able to relate to various people and groups and maintain positive relationships
Strategic thinking
Experience in working around electrical parts and the construction of them, such as hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical equipment and project leader experience. This experience will arm the engineer with the ability to judge critical paths.
Facilitate change as required by department and company goals. Be willing to embrace new technology and other initiatives.
Travel Requirement: 10 - 15%

Your Impact The focus of the maintenance team is to keep equipment in the RDC fully operational. Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree, or two or more years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR

Formal Training: You will be required to complete a paid pre-academy orientation for approximately two (2) weeks at your home port. You will then attend a 101-day training program - CBP Field Operations Academy - conducted at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA. This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for directing the daily activities of the warehouse operation. The GM is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline associates
Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
Work closely with the Corporate Operations team to develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
Analyze process workflow, associate and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, accuracy, and inventory turnover.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations associates
Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
Work closely with the Corporate Operations Team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses
Analyze financial performance regularly, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Communicate with safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations
Ensure all team members are properly trained in safety protocols, company policies, and best practices for warehouse management.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Above average communication skills - orally and in written format
Basic computer skills in the utilization of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Experience with a WMS system
