Daily, you will have the following tasks: ● Design, develop, and maintain databases to support manufacturing operations● Write and optimize VBA code for automation, integration, and custom functionality● Develop and deliver reports as needed for key users● Monitor database integrity and data accuracy● Perform regular backups and restore databases as needed● Keep data secure by implementing best practices in IT security and access permissions● Troubleshoot database-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implementsolutions● Provide user support and training on any computer-related issues including software,email, and hardware issues.● Be a liaison and backup to external MSP supporting the IT infrastructure to ensureuptime and avoid system outages● Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems as needed● Find ways to improve upon business processes through automation and implementapproved solutions ● Attend production meetings and act as the liaison between sales and operations when releasing projects to the floor ● Other duties as directed by management This is a hands-on position that requires qualified candidate to work within team oriented environments including sales and production.
