What Does A Fine Dining Server Do At Penn National Gaming

* fill sugars, salt, pepper, and cream: make coffee, etc.
* Keep ice stations filled, silverware polished and rolled, and glasses and dishes stocked.
* Prepare tables for next guest.
* Remove any dirty dishes, silverware and napkins.
