This individual will be responsible for general maintenance assistance to Superintendents across multiple projects per request. This position requires quality workmanship, attention to detail and reliability. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform multiple tasks involving physical labor at construction project sites. Ability to operate hand and power tools of all types. May clean and prepare sites, clean up rubble and debris, and remove materials. May assist other craft workers. Ability to perform all tasks within Lehman Damans safety program. Aid Superintendents upon request across multiple projects to include item purchase and pick-up. SKILLS: OSHA 10 or 30 certified, or the ability to attend certification classes. Knowledge of basic technology (Email, Mobile Phones and Digital Photos) Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and onsite customers. Basic knowledge of general construction.
