We are currently seeking candidates for our Dayton, Ohio location for: Jig Grinders manual and CNC 2nd Shift Flexible Schedules- Off Shift Incentives - Benefits start Day One Requirements: • Sets up and operate machines to grind parts to blueprint specifications. • Fills out production paperwork and inspection procedures as required. • Reports any problems or discrepancies to immediate supervisor. • Maintains tools, gauges and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner. • Obsen/es overall operation and performs regular daily maintenance on equipment and work area. • Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations. • Willingness and capacity to learn more skills, including but not limited to CNC operation. • Working in tight tolerance environment (+/- .0002) a plus Advanced Requirements: • Follows blueprints, job orders and written or verbal instructions for product specifications such as finishes, dimensions, tolerances and understands precision grinding techniques.
