We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated professional who is extremely organized and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively while supporting daily store operations. Prepare packages and paperwork for outgoing mail or shipment. Process and distribute incoming mail. Accept and process products for repair. Communicate estimates to customers, follow up on completion and ship dates, and notify customers of repair completion. Respond to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
