The training provided was minimal and you're expected to begin work and already have the knowledge of where to locate backup docs for JEs and the Chart of Accounts account numbers and their verbiage along with what all is within the daily activities of the Tribe you're assigned to.

First I would include a grievance policy in the handbook so when new hires are being neglected or misinformed there is a way to hold those guilt of this accountable instead of the new hire paying the ultimate sacrifice and have their work ethics and reputation dragged thru mud.
