The training provided was minimal and you're expected to begin work and already have the knowledge of where to locate backup docs for JEs and the Chart of Accounts account numbers and their verbiage along with what all is within the daily activities of the Tribe you're assigned to.
Being off weekends
Severe lack of appropriate leadership and training.
First I would include a grievance policy in the handbook so when new hires are being neglected or misinformed there is a way to hold those guilt of this accountable instead of the new hire paying the ultimate sacrifice and have their work ethics and reputation dragged thru mud.
I took my degree and grades and certifications earned.
It's below average and no way to earn overtime pay. You get an annual evaluation but your supervisor will throw you under the bus and blame the lack of training on you and you don't have the opportunity to defend yourself. This sets in motion an possible raises, advancements, remote work.
There aren't any basically all white and some mixed with Indian blood and all church goers mentality with causes a lot of judgement.
