As a driver helper you'll ride along with a package delivery driver in our iconic brown trucks and help deliver packages to businesses and homes in your community. During your shift, you'll be in and out of the truck, greeting customers and ensuring packages make it to their destinations.
This seasonal job requires flexibility as work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.
When you are assigned work, you will be provided with a meet point. This is where the driver will pick you up, often in your neighborhood. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

The starting hourly wage for an officer is $25.55 (higher for POST certified lateral officers). Annual cost of living adjustments and additional incentives such as shift differential, holiday pay, and field training officer pay. Overtime assignment opportunities are available. Officers with the Polson Police Department are enrolled in the Municipal Police Officers Retirement System (MPORS).
Following a required amount of time in Patrol, officers have numerous opportunities to move to a different or collateral assignment such as Investigations, Field Training Program, Quick Reaction Force, and the Northwest Montana Regional SWAT Team.
All equipment is provided, to include a take-home vehicle, and all training is paid for. Patrol officers work four ten-hour shifts with three days off per week. Officers are eligible to purchase an annual membership to Polson Bay Golf Course at a reduced rate.
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with a high school diploma or equivalent. They must be at least 20 years of age. They also must not have been convicted of a crime in which the person could have been imprisoned in a federal or state prison. Applicants must possess or be eligible for a Montana driver's license. They must be of good moral character, as determined through a background investigation.
Applicants cannot have a dishonorable discharge from the Armed Forces; nor can they have any convictions for misdemeanors involving false statements, perjury, or domestic violence. Other potential disqualifiers include past drug use, inappropriate social media activity, problematic driving or work history, criminal associations, and inappropriate tattoos.
The top qualified applicants will be invited to written and physical testing. The written exam consists of four separately timed sections, with no prior law enforcement knowledge required. Applicants who have taken the exam within six months prior to the application close date and whose scores were proctored by a Montana Law Enforcement Agency can submit those scores instead of retaking the exam. Applicants must complete the Montana Physical Abilities Test (MPAT) which consists of a push/pull activity, dummy drag, and obstacle course within 6:30 minutes. Previously taken MPAT scores from within six months are also accepted.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participates in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities he or she is responsible for;
Medical directorship functions include attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings; participating in quality improvement initiatives; providing guidance to facility staff; reviewing and revising (if necessary) facility's clinical guidelines; insuring compliance with state and federal regulations, training facility staff; and supervising facility clinical staff.
In addition to the medical director role, the physician also serves as the attending physician for the residents residing at each facility;
The physician collaborates with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day to day resident care at each facility. Typically, each facility will have a full-time PA or NP assigned to the facility depending on the acuity and volume of the patient population;
Physician will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs;
Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes
Provider documentation is completed in Theoria's proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, ChartEasy™
PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech are the most commonly used facility EHR systems
Participating in Theoria's Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, RPM and other medical quality initiatives and programs
Physician must be able to supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants
Physician must be able to utilize electronic/online medical tools such as EHR systems and state/county medical systems utilized for Death Certificates and administrative functions.
Shift Structure
Shifts are flexible depending on physicians' schedule;
Typically, medical directors work a minimum of 2-3 days/week at each facility they oversee;
Rounding times are flexible with no set start and end time. Preferably, physicians start in the morning between 7-10 a.m. and finish their day when their caseload has been seen;
No nights, or on-call
Call is covered by Theoria's virtual care team

The Probation and Parole Officer position, guided by the Department of Corrections (DOC) mission, plays a central role in managing the correctional population, promoting public safety and encouraging offenders to make positive life changing decisions for their future.
* The officer cooperates with, and solicits information from, the public and criminal justice system and supervises and counsels 80-100 offenders.
* Must have skills and abilities to equally balance social work and law enforcement duties.
* The officer conducts pre-sentence investigations and makes placement recommendations concerning those offenders sentenced to DOC. These investigations are completed with cooperation from other criminal justices' agencies and by using investigative skills; knowledge of laws, rules and regulations pertaining to probation, parole, incarceration, rehabilitation and treatment programs, as well as knowledge of behavioral science.
* The officer then makes recommendations for rehabilitation, treatment plans, conditions of probation, the need for incarceration, and appropriate level (i.e. local jail or Montana State Prison) to the District Court and Parole Board through a written pre-sentence investigation report.
* Officers refer offenders to appropriate resources or programs using departments supervision standards, a risk and needs assessment as well as knowledge of state and community resources and monitors the progress of the client for compliance.
* Officers investigate alleged violations of probation or parole using knowledge of policies & procedures pertaining to violations, search warrants & investigations.
* Officers arrest and detain violators and testify in district court and information hearings relative to sentencing or revocation of client's probation or parole status.
* Officers are trained to handle situations if probation & parole offenders or inmates become hostile & pose a physical threat. This requires the use of Oleoresin Capsicum "O.C. Spray" and firearms and carrying handcuffs.
* Work is of the nature that Officers may work varying schedules to include nights and week-end hours and that the Officer may be called back to work at any hour of the day or night and be available 24/7 when called upon to assist any Department of Corrections Facility or Law Enforcement Agency. The Officer needs to physically make an arrest, defend selves, in high-risk volatile scenarios in and away from the office.
* Travel for job may be required up to 10% of the time in addition to travel for training.
QUALIFICATIONS
Probation and parole officers must have at least a college degree in a related field such as criminology, psychology, social work, sociology, or guidance and counseling and some formal training in behavioral sciences.
Exceptions to this rule must be approved by the department. Related work experience in the areas listed in subsection (1)(b) may be substituted for educational requirements at the rate of 1 year of experience for 9 months formal education if approved by the department. All present employees are exempt from this requirement but are encouraged to further their education at the earliest opportunity. (b) Work experience that may be substituted for the educational requirements in subsection (1)(a) includes experience in the areas of corrections/detention, criminology, education, medicine, psychiatry, psychology, law, law enforcement, social work, sociology, psychiatric nursing, or guidance and counseling.

Your Role in Action
Support clinicians during exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments with precision and care.
Prepare students for exams-collecting vital signs, medical history, and specimens when needed.
Organize the exam area with the right supplies and hygiene protocols.
Be the friendly voice on the phone, the calm presence in the clinic, and the teammate everyone relies on.
Adapt to the dynamic pace of a school environment while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and quality care.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) ready to make a difference.
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, organization, and communication skills to support students, families, and clinical staff.
Comfortable multitasking and thriving in a fast-moving environment-while maintaining empathy and accuracy.
(Preferred) One year of experience in a clinical setting.
(Preferred) Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
(Preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, basic lab values, infection control, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary driver of new revenue for the Company by actively engaging in prospecting and sales activities.
Acquires new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads.
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Provide knowledge and sell Vero Fiber services to customers.
Develop a deep understanding and stay current on all Company product offerings and align the correct offering with the customer based on their need.
Work with marketing, business development and operational teams to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with marketing campaigns and new market expansion.
Track sales activity and ensure accurate information is gathered to enable various KPIs and reporting that are regularly analyzed by management or other departments within the Company.
Participate in sales strategies such as marketing campaigns, community events or conferences to that result in increasing market share.
Supports team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned.
Completes all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with department practice, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Sales experience a plus, but all that is required is a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language, Spanish a plus.
Engaging interpersonal skills
A valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to work independently.
