The Superintendent-Utilities is responsible for developing, managing, overseeing and coordinating the overall field activities for all phases of the Utilities construction division, from initial planning to completion. The Superintendent staffs, schedules, and oversees project schedule(s) to maintain division budget, progress, and quality. The Superintendent is ultimately responsible for the profitability, quality, and safety of the division's projects, as well as the success and careers of its personnel.
COMPENSATION
$114,200.00 to $174,000.00 annually
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach, mentor, and manage Foremen to consistently and safely deliver projects within the project schedules and budgets, according to contractual requirements and jurisdictional regulations. Provide proactive leadership to Foremen to drive employee engagement for their team based on the FIORE PRIDE values.
Safety
* Proactively review projects for OSHA, Company, and project safety requirements or concerns and take corrective actions.
* Review site environment and Foreman's understanding to ensure thorough understanding of risks
* Accountable for teams being led by qualified, competent Foremen and operating according to OSHA, Company, and project's requirements, standards, and SOPs.
* Review regularly the job sites and team performance and ensure Foremen are proactively managing safety and enforcing team members to follow all safety requirements, as well as following all requirements themselves.
* Resolve issues and risks on the job site that are not handled by Foreman and provide coaching and training such that Foremen proactively manage safety according to all requirements and standards.
* Maintain OSHA 30 certification and be prepared to produce documentation when required.
* Document safety issues and risks in the Project Issue and Risk Log and partner with the Safety, Project Manager, and Operational leaders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
* Regularly promote and communicate the expectation of all team members to complete near miss cards, Speak Up Listen Up, and Stop Work Authority and celebrate when this action is taken and formally hold accountable any Foreman who does not follow the SULU or Stop Work Authority.
People
* Drive employee engagement by demonstrating empathy and understanding toward team members' and Foremen's concerns and addressing concerns to a positive resolution, escalating to Executive Management if required; inspire a strong sense of Team; be an example of the Fiore values.
* Provide solid team leadership with direct reports, conduct weekly one on ones with each Foreman, and assist with their training and development.
* Provide leadership and establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships among all Fiore operating units, Fiore support teams, trades, vendors, and subcontractors.
* Assist in administrative functions including, but not limited to: interviews, hiring, coaching and discipline of personnel, and coordinating supplemental subcontractors.
* Ensure accessibility for questions and concerns to Foremen and their teams and problem-solve needs and challenges and ensure the Near Miss, Speak Up Listen Up, and Stop Work Authority processes are being utilized.
* Lead a team of Foremen providing support, training, coaching, mentorship, and development for all team members.
* Follow-up with team Foremen and Fiore support teams to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
Customer
* Build relationships with Customer's Superintendents and be ultimately accountable for delivering division's projects; serve as an escalation point for Customer's leaders.
* Participate in new project Orientation, Preplanning, and Handoff with a focus on ensuring field operations are developing and providing Project Manager constructability, sequencing, safety tasks, durations, issue identifications, and risk mitigation; help identify opportunities to exceed expectations for budget and schedule.
* Ensure that all business is conducted using the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations as well as Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards and specifications and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
* Review project issues and risks in the Project Issue and Risk Log and partner with the Project Managers and Field Operation leaders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
* Handle all field disagreements or project suboptimization between Foremen, keeping a good relationship with clients and/or employees.
Business
* Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications, including intended design, quality, and safety standards and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
* Review division's financial and operational performance and provide coaching and assistance when appropriate, including proper equipment utilization and staffing levels.
* Review project performance to identify and resolve issues with suboptimization between Foremen.
* Organize and assign projects and allocate personnel to Foremen.
* Remain alert to and aware of potential efficiency improvements on the job sites in order to realize potential enhancements to equipment utilization and staffing.
* Monitor costs and assist Project Managers in updating projections, reporting to Senior Management as needed.
* Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
* Proactively identify, document, address, problem-solve, and resolve issues and mitigate risks.
* Be an escalation point of issues and risks for the Foremen.
* Responsible for productivity of employees reporting to this function and the selection and hiring of qualified personnel.
* Plan ahead for current and future project scheduling and prepare for growing or shrinking workloads.
* Review Green Red report and identify divisional trends with common root causes and resolve at a divisional level.

Physical Demands:
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time, including uneven terrain on work sites when needed. Ability to push, pull, and lift items up to 25 to 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver paperwork and read a computer screen for extended durations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Superintendents spend much of each week in the field visiting clients and assigned projects, including exposure to weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow), as well as uneven terrain. Additionally, significant portions of their time are spent in the office, in meetings, at desks, etc., with varying temperatures and extended screen time. Finally, a great deal of driving is required to perform the essential duties, and superintendents often spend a great deal of time parked and working from their automobile.

The Estimating Director role is responsible for meeting established sales goals and growth objectives by planning and executing necessary bidding activities. This position leads the bidding and preconstruction process, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all operational divisions. The Director establishes team goals in alignment with corporate objectives, provides oversight and performance management to the estimating department, and analyzes and approves all proposals and budget preparations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve as an integral member of the Operations Team of Leaders, working closely with department directors to drive cross-functional collaboration, and continuously improve company-wide performance and processes. Observe mechanical devices and equipment to determine proper functioning and identify root causes of malfunctions. Provide and implement corrective actions to address
Work with operations to prioritize equipment/form repairs based on operational demand
Interprets company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance and safe work environment
Recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product
Plan and implement a schedule of routine and preventative maintenance procedures and assign and monitor personnel
Order parts needed for special projects, routine maintenance requirements, spare parts, tools and equipment as needed
Secure and manage outside contractor services as needs arise which are outside internal capabilities
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent in training, education or 5 + years of experience as maintenance manager, or equivalent combination of experience, training and education

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Welding Apprentice who will Perform welding tasks under supervision on piping and plate within petroleum operations facilities. In addition to welding, the successful candidate must be able to assist in tasks related to welding such as fit‐up, preparation, repair, inspection, and post weld preparation. As required, the Apprentice Welder will also be tasked to assist with general site work such as loading and unloading equipment and materials, site clean‐up and preparation, mobilization, and demobilization to and from the jobsite, scaffolding erection, general tank construction tasks and other duties as assigned.
This role is intended for May 2026 college graduates who majored in an applicable field. The Civil Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of each project, including ensuring customer satisfaction and controlling the timelines, costs, and quality. The Project Manager ensures the quality of the construction process for all types of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments, based on established deadlines. * Negotiate and develop project scope change orders, including but not limited to:

The Project Engineer Intern assists the Project Engineer with maintenance and administration functions necessary for successful completion of projects. Processing submittals, expediting deliveries, generating and tracking all administrative documentation and preparing project closeout records. Assist with preparation of budgets, billings and change estimates, buyout and negotiation of subcontractors, monitoring of labor hours and project costs, coordination with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. In-house coordination with field workforce, and estimating, purchasing and accounting departments, and processing accounts payable. Role Responsibilities
Assist with and/or perform the following as delegated by the assigned Project Manager:
Manage contractual agreements with owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, field staff, and within RK's management system.
Ensure daily corporate documentation is completed and up to date, including time cards, daily reports, additional work authorizations, receiving documents, as-built drawings, etc.

Prepare and distribute initial project budget.

Ensure permits and/or licenses are obtained and current for project.

Provide monthly and quarterly information to project manager, vice president of operations and vice president of finance, including but not limited to: forecasted estimate on costs required for completion of project, outstanding extra work total costs, and amount that has been performed but un-billed, encountered busts in the bid, and pending claims.
Assist in legal claims as necessary.
Responsible for job closeout being performed in proper and efficient manner and keeping the project manager and vice president of operation informed of closeout status.
Monitor crafts compliance with company/project safety program requirements.
Assist safety manager with preparation, documentation, and distribution of accident reports.
Assist in resolution of conflicts with client, a/e liaison, etc.
Optimize the profitability of the company by demonstrating the ability of a decision maker with reliable and mature judgment.
Qualifications
Receives direct supervision.
Performs administrative or technical responsibilities.
Objectives based on established guidelines, processes and operating procedures.
Coordinates own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities in accomplishing well defined outcomes.
Work is generally structured or recurring.
Relevant past experience is not necessarily required.
