We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Installers, Technicians and Foreman to join our team. In this role you will need to be familiar with the equipment, installation, and commissioning of low voltage systems and have at least journeyman level installation and troubleshooting experience. Responsibilities Installation of fire life safety and other low voltage systems in medium and large commercial buildings. Foreman will layout and provide direction to CSI installers on site as well as coordinate and communicate with the Project Manager to efficiently complete the project on time and on budget. Technician shall have the ability to program or are experienced with programing low voltage systems including fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security, or CCTV. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Identify out of scope requests by the contractor or customer and notify management of pending changes. Identify and assist with suggested solutions for an efficient installation to complete scope. Foreman and Technicians, assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Effectively communicate project status to management. Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required. Industry related BICSI, NICET and/or State Certification is preferred. Fire Alarm License (FAL) Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record. Job Description Summary: Works on installing new underground irrigation systems for both residential and commercial clients. Requiring previous irrigation experience and/or electrical experience.
