Fire Systems company history timeline

1986

"Minutes of First Meeting of the National Conference on Standard Electrical Rules", Held at the Hall of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, NY, NY, March 18 and 19, 1986.

1989

Designers were by now considering every facet of sprinkler technology in their efforts to improve fire safety, and by 1989 Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinklers had been introduced.

2000

The year 2000 once again brought change upon Allied as they continued to grow and solidify themselves as leaders in the Fire Protection Industry.

Despite its long-proven effectiveness, some regions of the world have been slow to adopt the system. It wasn’t until 2000 that automated sprinkler systems became a commonplace feature of public facilities such as hospitals and hotels in the UK. Another 11 years passed before Wales became the first country in the world to make fire sprinkler systems mandatory for new homes.

2006

In 2006 Allied continued their move to the top, by starting a Hood Cleaning Division.

2017

Highly effective yet unobtrusive, 2017’s concealed fire sprinkler heads benefit from all that has gone before, with minimal visual impact on the spaces they protect.

2019
