Convert appointments in central reach with appropriate data collection and session notes. Weekly: Attend and participate in weekly all staff meetings (If applicable with schedule agreement). Issues to arise may include scheduling, treatment concerns, new challenging behavior. Assisting in making materials for instructional and treatment programs. Bi-Weekly: Attend and participate in clinical meetings for Center-based staff. Participates in initial and follow-up training in applied behavior analysis methodology. Monthly: Meet with designated BCBA mentor. Completes necessary training to demonstrate the knowledge of behavioral principles and instructional strategies. This includes implementation of complex curriculum and behavior plans, data collection, and analysis. Attends and participates in all training days for center-based staff.
