Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a diesel, heavy-duty, or refuse truck mechanic (field/mobile experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems used in refuse trucks. - Familiarity with McNeilus, Heil, Labrie, or similar refuse bodies a strong plus. - Ability to diagnose and repair heavy-duty truck systems with minimal supervision. - Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus). - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in outdoor environments year-round. - Own tools required; company provides specialized tools and service truck.
