Comprehensive understanding of Fire Sprinkler Design principles, including Wet, Dry, Preaction, and Deluge systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Job Responsibilities
1. Upon award of any project, review scope and transition project from Estimating to Operations
2. Create Submittal book of the materials and fixtures that will be used on the assigned project.
3. Set up job accounts with suppliers that will be used on the project
4. Coordinate with the office to ensure preliminary notices have been sent, insurance certificates have been sent to the General Contractor, Job Book has been completed, plans have been printed for the Superintendent and/or the Foreman
5. Review the contract and meet with Accounting and CEO to discuss any concerns
6. Submit RFIs to the General Contractor, as required.
7. Write up and submit change orders to the General Contractor for extra work or potential extra work and maintain and manage a change order log for each project to help with faster approvals
8. If required, perform a detailed take-off of materials required for the project. Identify materials that may not be approved per the specification book and get approvals for lower cost equals and maintain the project Procurement Log.
9. Generate Purchase Orders & Buy Outs to purchase materials. If Purchase Order exceed limit of authority, meet with VP Operations or COO.
10. Coordinate with the Superintendent on scheduling to ensure material is ordered and delivered at the required dates
11. Complete the schedule of values during the billing cycle and review with the Division Manager and accounting for billing.
12. Coordinate the submission of all close-out documentation as required by the General Contractor
13. As required, provide reporting and analysis on projects to determine profitability and labor efficiency.
14. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
WORKING CONDITIONS: The ProjectManager will work at the Statesboro office and at any and all job sites assigned to them. Job Sites will typically be in the Savannah, Ga and surrounding areas but may extend to South Carolina as well.

The ProjectManager (PM) is responsible for the overall success of midstream construction projects (e.g., compressor stations, processing plants, major pipeline segments) from contract award through closeout. The PM acts as the primary link between the client, SES executive management, and the field construction team, ensuring the project is executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Reporting Structure
Reports To: VP of Operations
Directly Supervises: Construction Manager(s), Assistant ProjectManager(s), and Site Administrator(s).
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Safety and Quality Leadership (Non-Negotiable Priority)
Safety Culture: Establish and enforce a zero-incident safety culture across the project site, ensuring compliance with all OSHA, client, and company safety programs.
Risk Management: Proactively identify project-specific safety risks (e.g., SIMOPS, high-pressure line work, critical lifts) and implement mitigation plans in collaboration with the Site Safety Manager.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the Quality Control (QC) program is fully implemented, adhering to project specifications, industry codes (API, ASME), and client requirements.
2. Planning, Scheduling, and Strategy
Pre-Construction: Lead project planning, including defining scope, objectives, and resource requirements (personnel, equipment, materials). Actively support the Estimating Department during the bid, pre-award phase by reviewing and validating construction methodologies, schedules, and cost assumptions to ensure competitive and executable bids.
Scheduling: Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule (typically Level 3 or 4), linking all engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning milestones.
Coordination: Manage the interface between engineering deliverables (IFC drawings, specifications), procurement timelines, and field execution sequencing to eliminate delays and ensure readiness (supporting the 30'/30' initiative).
RFIs and Change Management: Serve as the final approver for all outbound Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage the official Change Order process, ensuring timely submission and client approval.
3. Financial and Contract Management
Budget Ownership: Full ownership of the project budget (Cost at Completion - CAC). Manageproject expenditures, forecast final costs, and analyze budget variances.
Client Billing: Oversee monthly progress reports, accurate quantity verification, and timely submission of Applications for Payment (AFPs).
Subcontractor Management: Select, negotiate contracts, and manage the performance of all project subcontractors and vendors.
Cost Controls: Implement and manage robust project control systems (e.g., Procore, ERP integration) to track, forecast, and report project performance in real-time.
4. Communication and Stakeholder Relations
Client Relations: Maintain professional and transparent communication with the client representative, acting as the single point of contact for all contractual matters.
Reporting: Conduct regular internal and external progress meetings (weekly and monthly) with detailed reports covering safety metrics, schedule status, financial performance, and critical path issues.
Escalation: Timely escalate critical contractual, financial, or engineering barriers to SES executive leadership for resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale, complex construction projects, with at least 5 years specifically in the midstream oil and gas sector.
Certifications: ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of construction contracting (EPC, Lump Sum, T&M), scheduling software (Primavera P6 or similar), and projectmanagement systems (Procore, e-Builder).
Attributes: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure.

Role Summary:
The Project Agreements Manager is responsible for owning and managing MillerClapperton's project agreement process from initial receipt through final execution. This role serves as the internal authority and gatekeeper for all project agreements, including subcontracts, purchase orders, order confirmations, and other project-specific contractual instruments.
This position functions as a senior individual contributor with process ownership and functional authority, but without direct people management responsibilities. The Project Agreements Manager works closely with Preconstruction and ProjectManagement to ensure agreements are reviewed, negotiated, tracked, and executed in a disciplined, consistent, and timely manner. The role also supports ProjectManagers by interpreting project agreements and assisting with the drafting and review of proactive and reactive contractual notice letters.
Responsibilities:
Project Agreement Ownership
· Own the project agreement lifecycle from receipt through execution, including subcontracts, purchase orders, order confirmations, and sub-subcontractor agreements.
· Review, analyze, and negotiate project agreement language using established standards, approved positions, and fallback language.
· Coordinate internal reviews and approvals required to move agreements to execution.
· Track agreement status, outstanding issues, and execution progress to ensure timely completion.
· Drive accountability across Preconstruction, ProjectManagement, and other stakeholders to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
Process, Standards, and Compliance
· Serve as the gatekeeper for contractual compliance related to project agreements.
· Establish, maintain, and continuously improve procedures, templates, checklists, and workflows related to project agreements.
· Ensure consistency in contract review, negotiation positions, and documentation across all projects.
· Identify recurring risk patterns and recommend process or standard improvements to reduce exposure.
ProjectManagement Support & Notices
· Support ProjectManagers in interpreting project agreement provisions and understanding contractual rights and obligations.
· Assist with drafting, reviewing, and refining proactive and reactive contractual notice letters.
· Serve as a required compliance checkpoint for notice content and contractual alignment prior to issuance.
· Provide guidance on contract-driven requirements when engaged by ProjectManagers, Senior ProjectManagers, or the Director of ProjectManagement.
Legal Coordination
· Act as a central intake and coordination point for legal questions related to project agreements.
· Interface directly with external legal counsel on routine matters, while escalating higher-risk or strategic issues to the Chief Executive Officer.
· Organize and synthesize information, correspondence, and recommendations from legal counsel for executive review.
· Support efficient use of outside counsel by preparing materials, managing scope, and maintaining documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities
· Maintain organized and accurate records of executed agreements and related documentation.
· Manage contract data entry, filing, and document control as part of the overall agreement process.
· Coordinate execution logistics, including chasing signatures and required documentation as necessary.
Qualifications:
· Background in construction contracts, subcontract administration, legal studies, paralegal work, or related experience; multiple professional entry paths are acceptable.
· Strongly preferred experience within the construction industry, with subcontractor experience favored; GC experience acceptable.
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes independently and drive outcomes without direct supervision.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· High level of judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
· Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently with ProjectManagers, Preconstruction staff, Executives, and external partners.
· Comfortable operating in high-accountability, sometimes adversarial situations while remaining professional and solutions-oriented.
· High-agency mindset with the ability to stand firm on standards while remaining practical and solution-oriented.
