Pay rate: $13-$17 per hour, based on education, experience, and credentials.

* SC First Steps Lead Teachers
* SC First Steps Assistant Teachers
Positions Available at:
* Columbia, 3011 Broad River Road
* Columbia, 1801 Clemson Road
* Columbia, 2225 Decker Blvd.

Teacher Responsibilities:
* Implement the SC state First Steps 4K curriculum to prepare children for success in kindergarten.
* Welcome our families. Engage them in conversation about their child's education, and the features and benefits of our programs.
* Have fun in everything you do!
Job Requirements:
* Lead Teachers: At least an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Assistant Teachers: High school diploma or GED required with coursework in Early Childhood Development (ECD) 101.
* At least 6 months of experience at a licensed childcare center.
