Essential Functions Investigate, analyze and respond to highly complex claims from the following sources: claims addressed to Management, claims forwarded to the Corporate Offices, claims escalated from other lines of business. Manage a high volume of claims, resolving multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Answer incoming calls, Chats, emails and voicemails from customers and contractors according to guidelines; provide assistance with inbound call volume and back office work as needed in other areas. Manage an assigned caseload for expedited handling and closure. Manage the relationship between Brokers, Sales Field, and Homeowners as related to claim activity. Acting as a trusted liaison between clients and our title and underwriting departments, you'll help maintain the integrity and efficiency that our clients expect. * Candidates should have a current book of business to be considered. * Complete fluency in Spanish and English sufficient to conduct escrow and title transactions is required Your daily responsibilities will include preparing detailed settlement statements in compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring accuracy at every step. By reviewing and clearing title requirements, collaborating with underwriters, and resolving any discrepancies, you will ensure that transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with management, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, retain clients, and secure new business opportunities. As a mentor, you'll guide and train escrow assistants, fostering a productive and supportive environment within your branch. Beyond your core duties, you'll represent the company at industry events, continue your professional development through ongoing education, and stay adaptable in a rapidly changing industry. * A minimum of 2 years escrow experience is required. To succeed in this role, you will need in-depth knowledge of title insurance and escrow processes, and exceptional time management skills. Your ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines will be key to your success. A keen attention to detail, proficiency in relevant software, and a strong sense of professionalism are essential.
