What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience creating and managing infrastructure in AWS using modern cloud engineering practices.
Proven track record of delivering fit-for-purpose technical solutions that balance complexity, performance, and maintainability.
Balanced approach that integrates software engineering principles with modern infrastructure operations.
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Deep experience implementing infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD best practices, with a strong understanding of Git patterns such as GitFlow and trunk-based development; monorepo vs. polyrepo strategies; and workflows including code reviews, automated testing, and security automation.

Identify gaps in detection, prevention, and response mechanisms, and collaborate with security engineering and detection teams to address them.
Build custom tooling and payloads to evade controls and simulate advanced threat capabilities.
Manage infrastructure necessary to conduct red team operations.
Mentor other red teamers and contribute to internal training, tool development, and process improvement.

What You'll Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
6+ years of hands-on experience in offensive security, with at least 2 years leading or co-leading objective-based red team operations.
Deep understanding of enterprise environments (Windows, Linux, AD, Azure/AWS/GCP), including common misconfigurations and attack paths.
Advanced proficiency with offensive tools and frameworks (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Mythic, BloodHound, SharpHound, Mimikatz, PowerShell Empire) and ability to write or modify tooling for OPSEC and EDR evasion.

Job Description
The Object Storage Product Engineer manages, administers, and implements engineering best practices for Allstate's on premises S3 object storage infrastructure. Job Description
The Software Engineer Lead Consultant architects and designs their digital products using modern tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems. They apply a systematic application of scientific and technological knowledge, methods, and experience to the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of software. They own and manage running their application in production, and ultimately becomes accountable for the success of their digital products through achieving KPIs.Key Responsibilities
• Participate in inceptions and iteration planning meetings, infusing backlogs with technical input working in close partnership with the product manager
• Partners in collaboration and strategy alignment across product portfolios (cross-product) in partnership with product managers, other peers and key stakeholders
• Serves as an expert on one or more business domain and a distinguished advocate of multiple technology stacks and shares that knowledge across organizations
• Leads and participates in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups
• Leads and participates in retrospectives; demonstrating and encouraging each participant to provide feedback with empathy
• Provides support for software products in user environments
• Coaches the team and leads daily practices of using paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building products
• Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices
