What do you like best about First American Financial's CEO and the leadership team?

New CEO. Mark Seaton seems to be a decent human being. Time will tell.

How would you improve First American Financial's culture?

Layoff Sr Managers. Hire more people to perform the work presented. All Sr. Managers are good for is taking credit for the work of others.

Below market. In addition, several departments with FirstAm's IT department, BTS, favor men. You will get a different answer to this question based on gender.

Many departments within IT are male dominant. Gender bias is overt.
