The Manager, Application Care Team (ACT) is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for pended applications, with a focus on maximizing account activations and reducing onboarding friction for our merchants and our sales partners. Additionally, they are highly focused on measuring pend metrics and departmental performance to drive accountability both within their own team as well as the departments they work most closely with.
Job Functions
Oversee Application Care Team, ensuring they are meeting objectives regarding productivity and KPI's (queue metrics, onboarding SLA's, portfolio review scores, etc.)
Cultivate in-depth relationships with our sales partners to provide streamlined onboarding and client support experiences, while educating them on ways to anticipate and/or resolve pended applications more efficiently
Strategically measure and analyze pend metrics and departmental performance to spotlight areas where we may introduce process improvements either through education/training, policy changes and/or technology
Partner with FA Manager, Credit to promote a culture of frictionless onboarding, optimizing workflows to eliminate avoidable pends.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business related field, or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in a related field; 2 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of merchant acquirer/payments processor experience, preferably with a focus supporting internal/external sales partners

Board merchant accounts to the various host networks, gateways or build the payment terminal download files by entering information into the appropriate terminal software application. Able to determine how non-routine files are built and adapt to customization per account specifications.
Job Functions
Analyze data and perform tasks related to file building. Understand and navigate the different databases that store terminal files. Accurately read, interpret and update terminal files while using sound judgement and precision when making changes and escalating issues.

Job Description
This role is responsible for the successful execution of medium to large client-facing, revenue-generating professional service engagements of moderate complexity in scope and execution. These engagements involve the delivery of Deluxe solutions and this role is accountable for ensuring the highest quality client delivery with emphasis on meeting project deadlines and goals, while staying within project budgets and maximizing revenue delivery for all projects assigned. This role engages project management processes for task identification, prioritization and completion; as well as resource allocation, funding approvals/management, delivery assurance and clear/crisp communication to various stakeholders. This role leverages key resources and talent across the various business and functional areas to support the initiatives and programs. Collaboration with key stakeholders is thus essential.
Review all approved documentation (e.g. Business Idea Statements, AOP plans, etc.) on assigned projects to understand project scope, deliverables, and resources necessary to deliver the engagement. Coordinate discussions with business owners to verify that understanding and clarify any outstanding questions accurately and efficiently from the start of the project.
Create, review, evaluate and maintain project plan and schedule. Monitor project progress, coordinate resources and activities, and adjust when necessary. Resolve project issues by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Coordinate and direct the activities of both formal and informal cross-functional internal project team resources, and third party partners or consultants where applicable, throughout the project. Maintain a high degree of stakeholder satisfaction through achievement of key project results as defined.
Communicate and proactively manage project status, milestones, action items, risks and mitigation plans, and issues to project stakeholders and leadership. Thoughtfully consider the proper level of engagement necessary for the escalation of issues that ensures the most timely and satisfactory resolution of issues and completion of project activities.
Negotiate with project resources to establish schedules, milestones, etc., using change control as necessary to confirm agreement and accountability. Develop and execute change controls to manage all changes to the project, whether or not those changes have cost impact.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Bachelors in Business Administration, Project Management, Value Stream Management, PMP Certification
Experience: + 4 years of experience managing cross-functional enterprise projects with relative complexity and interdependencies
Ability to build effective and productive relationships with both clients and internal resources.
Illustrate composure and ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
Must be willing to flex work schedule to meet the demands of the project.
Apply project management methodologies and control techniques in accordance with Deluxe PMO guidelines and PMP principles.
Manage (without direct management authority) technical resources, business partners and organizational leaders to accomplish project goals and objectives with efficiency and high client satisfaction.
Frequent independent decision-making ability to manage changing, competing and conflicting priorities; multitask effectively, while balancing urgency, speed, accuracy and consistency.
Manage client escalations effectively by engaging directly, development/negotiating solutions, gaining client buy-in and delivering against commitments. Thoughtfully consider the proper level of supporting internal/management engagement necessary for the escalation of issues that ensures the most timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.
Effective financial management skills to analyze project budgets, drive savings and forecast revenue.
PM Certification is desired.
Proficient in Smartsheet and Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Remittance Processing Specialist performs basic to intermediate level remittance processing tasks. The focus is to perform day to day functions of an equipment operator, manual extraction/batching, or other sorting/processing functions, including the following:
Machine Operator/Mailroom Associate - Operate Mail Extraction Equipment into processible batches. Operate a variety of scanning/imaging and mail sorting equipment (I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, Falcon). Perform basic level transactions, sorting, and decision-making.
Batching - Open envelopes, extract transactions, batch checks, invoices, and coupons according to client instructions. Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making. Perform minor adjustments and minor repairs to job related equipment.
Dispatch Operator - Perform quality reviews on outgoing items including HIPAA clients and prepare outgoing packages for low/medium complexity customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sales Support Product Specialist, you will be the critical link between our product suite and the merchant-level sales force. Your primary role will be to understand our portfolio in depth and ensure that the right products are matched to the right customer needs. This includes delivering compelling product demos, creating enablement materials, and supporting smooth operational implementation.
Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for merchants and partners.
