* Monitor LEL team inbox and provide timely and effective responses to customer needs
* Submit assignments to the insurance carrier and monitor receipt
* Assist in sorting daily mail for the Life Equity Loan team
* Send and receive standing ACH and wire forms
* Work with Life Equity Loan team to ensure the proper hold is placed on the collateral
* Perform additional LEL support duties as need arises

Position Summary

Essential Elements
Corporate Governance & Compliance

Monitor legal department spend to comply with budget constraints
AI Integration
Identify, assess and lead implementation of AI strategies and tools for the Legal Department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI tool integration and adoption.
Requirements
Educations & Certifications
Paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited program preferred; bachelor's degree required.

Pay Range: 17.50-22.00/hr
Position Summary
The Universal Banker Trainee position is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences to current and potential customers. Employees in this position will display effective communication skills and exhibit a good knowledge of the products and services offered. Also responsible for offering referral opportunities that will result in outcomes that define excellent customer service.
An employee will remain in a trainee position until they have proven their ability to effectively place customers in the correct mix of product and services through needs based questioning. Primary Accountabilities
Institutional knowledge of banking.
Receive cash and checks for deposit, verifying amounts, looking at endorsements and reviewing checks for possible fraud including holds.

Cashes checks for customers in accordance with bank policy. Enters transactions into computer system and issues receipts.
Provides accurate customer service to include balancing cash drawer throughout the day to reduce and eliminate teller differences.
Understanding basic knowledge of deposit and lending products & services.
Able to identify correct product types through needs-based questioning allowing them to build and deepen customer relationships to include determining needs and referring business partners.
Assists with basic deposit account openings and maintenance requests with monitoring and coaching provided by a senior level employee.
Develop sales and product knowledge allowing them to achieve personal and team goals as set. Track and monitor those sales and opportunities in the customer information software.
Participate in onsite visits to customers to promote the Employee Perks at Work Program & Merchant Services.
Proactively participates in outbound teleconsulting to promote and expand current client relationships.
Actively participate in weekly huddles and one on one coaching sessions.
Serves as relief and /or backup teller in other locations of Midland States Bank.

The Corporate Strategy and Business Development department works cross-functionally to analyze, contextualize, and recommend strategic choices for the enterprise. The team is responsible for developing strategies and driving execution of key partnership opportunities.
The team works with key business leaders to allocate the firm's resources and to identify new opportunities for inorganic or organic growth based on internal needs, the external environment, and the firm's strategic positioning.

The Lead Analyst Corporate Strategy will be a core member of the Corporate Strategy and Business Development team and will support major initiatives focused on (1) enterprise direction and communication, (2) market structure, innovation and commercialization of new products or services, (3) business unit strategies and key business development efforts, and (4) broader ecosystem research and strategy. They will be expected to take initiative, work independently, support cross-functional teams, and produce high-quality work. Principal Accountabilities:
* Support Corporate Strategy and Business Development teams with core analytics, written presentations, and creation and maintenance of key business documents, financial databases and materials.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantitative Developer to work in our dynamic and productive Quantitative Risk Management team within the Clearing House of CME. The Sr Quantitative Development Associate position is responsible for developing CME's in-house production analytics library which incorporates major parts of CME's risk and pricing models, risk-related optimizations and further analytics capability. The team is also responsible for several risk related research applications (e.g. back-testing) and is exploring cutting-edge technology, e.g. Cloud services, GPUs, AI tools, to boost application and development performance.
Principle Accountabilities:
* Code development of new quantitative risk models within the CME C++ production risk library (based on mathematical specifications and research code).
* Writing unit and functional test cases and obtaining test data from systems or other groups.
* Work with the QA teams to ensure correctness not only within the risk library itself but also the integration into the wider system infrastructure (e.g. data integrity, correct usage).
* Work with IT teams to help bring the code into production.
