The Banking Center Support Manager (BCSM) will act as support for a group of banking centers which may require frequent travel to a new location. The BCSM may act as support for any role within a banking center, as needed. While acting as a banking center manager, they will lead by example in needs-based selling of all bank products and services to customers and non-customers to grow the banking centers in their market/region. The position is responsible for the daily sales, service, and operations of the banking center. This role requires supervising, mentoring, and coaching the banking center team for the attainment of sales, service, and operational goals through the execution of Service Excellence. This position will report to the Market or Regional Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Lead by example in providing exceptional, high-level customer service, addressing complex inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
May serve as primary contact for high net worth consumer and business customers, offering tailored financial solutions.
Lead by example in cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships ensuring their financial needs are met.
Proficiently perform all primary responsibilities of the Relationship Banker III.
Execute on Service Excellence by modeling established service standards and expectations.
Sales & Service Leadership and Business Development
Lead by example in identifying customer and non-customer financial needs and selling all appropriate products and services through a needs-based approach.
Responsible for contributing to overall banking center sales & service performance and results in the market/region to achieve quarterly and annual goals as assigned.
In conjunction with banking center managers, supervise, evaluate, coach & provide direction to banking center associates.

Operations, Compliance & Risk Management
Responsible for banking center audits, including the Risk & Compliance Quarterly Review.
Ensure banking center team remains compliant with all bank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and privacy regulations keeping customer data confidential and secured.
Monitor and detect any suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity, escalating issues as appropriate.
Assist with daily operational tasks including cash balancing, managing office supplies, & supporting the opening & closing of the banking center.
Associate Development & Training
Ensure team completes all required training timely.
Assist with initial/ ongoing training of banking center team as needed.
Education & Experience

Sales & Referrals
Promote and cross-sell bank products.
Assist customers in understanding various product offerings and provide tailored financial advice, referring customers to other lines of business as appropriate.
Account Management
Open and manage a variety of accounts.
Assist with account maintenance tasks, such as updating account information, processing stop payments, and handling transfers.
Provide assistance with and support for online banking services and digital banking tools.
Loan & Credit Processing
Refer clients with credit needs to the appropriate banker or line of business.
Transactions & Cash Handling
Process transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
Balance cash drawer and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded at the end of each shift.
Compliance & Risk Management
Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy and security of transactions.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Monitor for potential fraud or suspicious activity, following bank procedures to address issues.
Operational Support
Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, organizing records, and maintaining operational reports.
Support branch leadership with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Education & Experience
Knowledge of:

Education and Training:
Requires a High School diploma.
Requires previous banking and/or sales experience.

The Treasury Management Portfolio Manager manages and pursues treasury management fee income, deposit growth and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of existing clients. Additionally, the TM Portfolio Manager will work small business referrals to qualify, advance, propose and sell implement TM services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and actively and cross-sell into an existing portfolio of Treasury Management clients to drive treasury and card fee income, deposit growth and product penetration.
Proactively schedule sales calls with assigned clients, as well as attend sales calls scheduled by other other line of business partners.
Schedule, prepare, attend and manage follow-up from annual Treasury Management client reviews, with a focus on upselling new TM services and identifying new depository opportunities.
Prepare treasury and commercial card pricing/profitability models, proposal, presentations and payment cycle reviews.
Identify opportunities for merchant services and receivables opportunities within existing client base and make qualified referrals to FirsTech.
Serve as the main point of contact on small business referrals. Make contact with the client to qualify referrals and lead the process from proposal to implementation.
Meet regularly with line of business partners to discuss referral business opportunities and market trends.
Coordinate and/or provide assistance for RFPs, pitch books and contract negotiation with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations for clients.
Gather data, processing instructions, documentation and other information required to facilitate new client Treasury Management implementations.
Monitor the status of active implementations to ensure setups are completed on time and accurately in accordance with client expectations.
Maintain a high level of communication with clients and internal partners during the sales and implementation process.
Maintain client data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including kicking off the Treasury Management workflow for new product implementations.
Clearly and accurately communicate complex solutions to clients; suggest products and services that increase efficiency and/or reduce risk of fraud.
Assist internal Associates with negotiating contract terms with client.
Provide cross-sell referrals to other functional areas within the Bank.
Interact with internal and external clients while providing extraordinary service.
Remain current with all Treasury Management products and services as well as regulatory requirements and understand the impact to the Treasury Management function.
Complete job assignments in a professional, timely and efficient manner; organize and prioritize work; utilize appropriate technology and service tools for tracking of internal and external requests.
Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with other Associates, clients and vendors.
Represent Busey Bank and the Treasury Management team in a highly professional manner.
