Complete system maintenance for existing treasury management products and services. Prepare customer documents to establish or maintain treasury management services and commercial deposit accounts. Maintain knowledge of regulations surrounding treasury services. Assist commercial customer who have experienced fraud on their account. Provide specialized line of business support. Identify and resolve issues within assigned responsibility, elevating urgent matters to management. Other special projects as directed.
